T-codes

 

The below table defines the T-code or "portable tank instruction" in terms . of test pressure, shell thickness, pressure relief set up and bottom outlet arrangement. These T-code instructions apply to dangerous goods of classes 1 and 3 to 9. Class 2, or non-refrigerated liquified gases are covered by the T50 code.

Basis of IMO / IMDG max payload / Min payload limited?
将本公司所配置的罐箱容积乘以产品比重(density or specific gravity)，所得的结果再与下列标准相对照：
非危险品：75%~97% (即该产品装载容积最低应为该罐箱的75%；最高不能超过97%)
危险品：80%~95% (即该产品装载容积最低应为该罐箱的80%；最高不能超过95%)
以最通用24,000公升罐箱并分别以
丙硐 (ACETONE/ IMDG CLASS 3, UN NO.1090，SG：0.79)
及环氧树脂（EPOXY RESIN/ NON-HAZ；SG：1.16）为例试算：
ACETONE/ 24,000L x 0.79= 18,960KGS (100%满装) x 0.95= 18,012KGS(最大限装重量)
EPOXY RESIN/ 24,000L x 1.16=27,840KGS (100%满装) x 0.80= 22,272KGS(最小限装重量)

为什么必须考虑最大 / 最小装载限重?
基于不同运输工具的考虑，罐箱可能通过公路/ 铁路/ 海运等不同方式进行联运。
当罐箱由拖车在公路运送时，倘若最低装载容积不在75%以上，液态货物在刹车时由于惯性的作用，
在罐箱内产生剧烈晃动，容易导致事故发生。反之，若无最高装载容积率的限制，
货物在运输过程中受到温度变化等因素作用有溢出的危险。
因此接受罐箱公司的建议，在指定的装载量范围内填装货物是必要的。
当然，最大限装重量还必须遵照各国/ 地区的道路限重法规。
